We are registered in England and Wales under company number 304435597 and with our registered office at Juodvarnių Sodų 12-oji g. 29, LT-10235 Vilnius, Lithuania. Our EU VAT number isLT100010607911. Our trading address is: Manufakturu 16,Vilnius 11342, Lithuania.
1.2 All of the goods on this Website are offered by Taktines Pajegos, UAB. which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
2. Orders
2.1 Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse any order.
2.2 All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a "notification of despatch" email sent to your email address registered at time of purchase.
3. Prices
3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT or similar sales tax (where applicable) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.
3.2 All prices on the Earmorsore.com website are in GBP.
3.3 We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Rarely an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately.
4.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Electron cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
- We also support payment through PayPal. PayPal is an electronic account connected to your debit account or Credit Card providing the possibility to pay for your online purchases.
5. Delivery
5.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
5.2 Your package will normally be dispatched on the same or next business day after cleared payment. We always confirm via email that your Item has been shipped.
6. Non-Delivery
6.1 Genuine postal losses are rare. Experience has shown us that in most cases items are returned to us as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered.
7. Returns
7.1 Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy.
8. Amendments
8.1 Taktines Pajegos, UAB reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, as required.
